Accommodation of our students in Prague, Brno and other cities of the Czech Republic is organized in several hostels, depending on which program and in which city the student is studying. Students have the opportunity to choose from several accommodation options, differing in the level of comfort, location and cost.

Rooms: private bathroom, refrigerator, plasma TV, table, wardrobe, bed, internet access and a common kitchen for the whole floor. Regular change of bed linen . The building has a student club, laundry facilities, security cameras throughout the property, 3 elevators, vending machines with snacks and drinks.
In the vicinity there are restaurants, gyms, shops, public transport, Kunratice forest, sports ground, clinic, beauty centers, solarium, Sheberak reservoir, Chodov shopping center, metro, bus, football field, volleyball field, indoor tennis hall and tennis court.
A deposit of one month's rent is paid

This is a new, comfortable hostel with cozy rooms and a lot of additional services for students living in it. The hostel is equipped with video cameras, the reception is open around the clock, the entrance to the hostel is by electronic cards, which provides additional security for residents. There is a supermarket opposite the hostel. There is a coffee machine at the reception.
A deposit of one monthly fee is paid.

Accommodation in double rooms with private facilities (bathroom in the room), basic furniture and the Internet. There is a kitchen on the floor. The kitchen is not equipped with kitchen utensils and utensils. For an additional fee, it is possible to use washing machines and dryers. Free bed linen change once a week. The building houses a grocery store and 2 dining rooms. The hostel is a 10-minute walk from the university where Czech language classes are held.
A deposit of one monthly fee is paid.

We analyze the wide real estate market and select the most suitable option for our clients according to the specified criteria. In order to save your time and money and find the best option, we offer the following services for finding accommodation in Prague:
- consultations on real estate search
- real estate search according to previously agreed parameters
- organizing and conducting viewings with consultations and translation, accompanying clients for real estate viewings
- legal control of the lease agreement, explanation of its points to the client
- participation in negotiations between the customer and the owner of the real estate, facilitating the introduction of amendments to the lease agreement that are more beneficial to our clients
- securing the necessary consent of the owner to issue a confirmation of the provision of housing (necessary for submission to the police for foreigners in the Czech Republic)
- advice and assistance in organizing the move, connecting the Internet and telephone
The total cost of our package of services for the search for real estate in Prague is 70% of one month of residence, at least 7.000 CZK.
